Credit where it's due
What Anow does well.
These are real strengths. The differences below are about where we made different choices.
Clean, modern UX.
Anow has invested in a polished interface and a clear information architecture. It's a real competitor for a reason.MailNow auto-import.
Their inbox parser (a $15/month add-on) pulls AMC orders straight from email into the system. It's a well-known strength and a fair point of comparison.Apex Sketch + flood maps.
Built-in sketching and flood-map overlays remove an extra tool from some appraisers' stack. We don't claim parity here.
Why stability matters
Your business should outlast any one vendor.
Your assignment log, client list, and invoice history are the spine of your practice. They shouldn't be hostage to any software company's balance sheet — ours included. That conviction is why every plan includes a full CSV and PDF export, and why your files live in your own Dropbox or Google Drive rather than a vault only we can open.
It's also on a lot of Anow users' minds right now, for reasons worth stating plainly and fairly. Publicly reported: Anow was acquired by Voxtur Analytics in 2021; in late 2025 Voxtur entered creditor-protection restructuring, and its assets — including Anow — were acquired by an investment firm that has said it plans to relaunch under the APEX Analytics name. To be fair to Anow, the product still works, no shutdown has been announced, and new ownership may well invest in it — restructurings sometimes end fine. We're not here to tell you the sky is falling.
What we'll say instead is the same thing we'd say about ourselves: keep a current copy of your data where you control it. Whatever tool you choose — ours, theirs, or a spreadsheet — exporting your Anow data now is a five-minute job, and we wrote a walkthrough of exactly which exports to pull.

Migrating from Anow
Three steps. About a week, end to end.
Most appraisers parallel-run for 30 days to make sure nothing falls through. We help with the migration on PRO and MAX.
1. Export your Anow data.
Pull a CSV from Anow's export tool — appraisals, clients, AMCs, fees. Do this step today, while your login works, even if you haven't decided where you're going. We'll walk you through which fields to include on the kickoff call.2. Map and import.
Drop the CSV into our import wizard. Column mapping is auto-suggested and the average year of appraisals takes 5-10 minutes end to end.3. Parallel-run for 30 days.
Keep your current setup live while you try ours, for as long as you like. And if you want help with the move, our team will work through it with you.
The CSV import wizard does the heavy lifting, and we're happy to work through the migration with you — email support and we'll set up a call.
